Our Supply Chains
Our supply chains include the procurement of:

We work predominantly with UK-based suppliers and subcontractors, but we acknowledge that risks can arise in any tier of the supply chain, particularly where goods originate from higher-risk countries.
Policies and Controls
To mitigate the risk of modern slavery and ensure transparency, we have in place the following measures:

Supplier Vetting: All new suppliers and subcontractors are assessed for ethical standards and modern slavery compliance prior to engagement.

Contractual Obligations: Supplier agreements include clauses requiring compliance with all applicable anti-slavery laws.

Whistleblowing Policy: We encourage employees to report any concerns about unethical or unlawful behaviour without fear of reprisal.

We conduct due diligence on our key suppliers and subcontractors to assess potential risks of modern slavery and ensure compliance. This includes:

Risk Assessment
While the overall risk of modern slavery within our direct operations is low due to our location, size, and the nature of our workforce, we recognise that some risks exist in extended supply chains, particularly relating to the sourcing of materials from overseas.
We continue to monitor industry guidance and adjust our practices accordingly.
Training and Awareness
We are in the process of implementing awareness training for relevant staff members, particularly those involved in procurement, contract management, and on-site supervision.
